Spend some time with the Vital team on site at our retreat. Enjoy basking in the sea pool while we refresh you with natural juices and high-quality vegan foods. Have a guided tour of our vegetable and herb gardens. You will be tempted to “harvest a salad” along the way!

Go for a walk with our horse Champion and end your day with a special vegan dessert whipped up just for you or you can abandon all that and just lay for hours on the seafront gazebo taking selfies and basking in the beauty of nature!

Then…Let’s go to the farm. Show up early and we pack to head out with all the things you need for a farm tour like no other (we even carry the cute little chairs)! Learn about growing your own food, understanding local herbs and spices and plus… harvest ingredientsfor a great vegan lunch. Drink coconut water, eat some sugar cane and just unwind.
